Error description

  • timezones computer is configured to EST
    (which happens to be -5 hours from GMT).
    
    DB2 is configured for EST as well.
    .
    Thus when a user attempts to view the
    DB2PE GUI exception log
    
    The results cause the user's to not see the exception
    immediated, but as delayed.
