APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• I installed SM last night on four application test systems.
  Some of these test systems are in the same XCF complex, but not
  in the same JES complex. If I try and invoke SM on an image on
  more than one JES complex within the XCF complex, the allocation
  fails for userid.SPOC.ISPTABL.

Problem summary

  *                 started and allocates the temporary data     *
  *                 sets.                                        *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When second client with the userid is   *
  *                      started - an error shows on the panel:  *
  *                      "cannot allocate userid.SPOC.ISBTABL"   *
  *                      The data set is allocated and reserved  *
  *                      by the first client with the same       *
  *                      userid.                                 *

  High level qualifiers for temporary data sets are changed to
  include the userid and the system ID.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem has been fixed by including the MVS id in the
  high level qualifier for temporary data sets.
