  The OMEGAMON DB2 Started Task generates an SVCDUMP when the
  DB2 XE agent issues a CALLRTM request. The Error Recovery
  proces does not recognize the CALLRTM request from the
  DB2XE agent.
  

Problem conclusion

• Improve Error Recovery routines to recognize CALLRTM requests
  invoked by the OMEGAMON DB2 XE Agent.
