Error description

• The DATE, TIME, and TIMESTAMP are incorrect when the SELECT is
  being done by DB2 and it encounters a nullable column after a
  DATE, TIME or TIMESTAMP NOT NULL. Fixed in R220 ONLY.
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOM:
  1) ABEND0C7 after HPU encounters a SQLCODE +354. PB 8738.

  Module inzgcxtr was changed to process correctly this case.
  Additional fixes:
  1.Module inzcrxsm was changed to use a GET DIAGNOSTIC in case
  of SQLCODE +354, to display the first negative sqlcode and stop
  processing.
