Error description

• HPIC V3R2 APAR PK08033 introduced a bug where the HPIC Recovery
  function cannot recover "Non-Recoverable" DB's.

  This APAR includes following APAR fix from IMS High
  Performance Image Copy for z/OS version 3 release 2:
  
  -PK16156 fixes following problem:
   HPIC Recovery function issues message FABJ3821E
   ( MSGFABJ3821E ) and terminates with U3821 ( ABENDU3821 ), in
   recovering a Non-recoverable data base.
   Because HPIC regards invalid area as a Non-recoverable flag
   and builds GENJCL.RCV command incompletely.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJDBRC has been modified to refer to a correct area of
  Non-recoverable flag.
  
  FABJDBR7, FABJDBR8, FABJDBR9 and FABJDBRA have been reassembled.
