Error description

• PSSR job gets ABEND0C4 in DFSPSEL0 when processing HALDB with a
  partition selection exit.  This occurs because PNT4INIT and
  PNT4TERM are not cleared at the time of calling DFSPSEL0 with
  FUNC=FIRST, NEXT and SELECT.

  PSSR job gets ABEND0C4 in DFSPSEL0 when a partition selection
  exit name is specified in CTL DD statement.
  This occurs because PNT4INIT flag and PNT4TERM flag are not
  cleared at the time of calling DFSPSEL0 with PART=FIRST, NEXT
  and SELECT.
  

Problem conclusion

• The module FABSPDTS has been modified to clear the PNT4INIT flag
  and PNT4TERM flag before calling DFSPSEL0 with PART=FIRST, NEXT
  and SELECT.
  The message text of FABS3513E has been modified to be better
  suited for the error situation.
