CISNAP=YES detects some pointer errors in an image copy.

*                      detects pointer errors in an image      *

* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
****************************************************************
When an image copy is used as an input area data set, FPA
preload all image copy records into a data space storage.
Because the ANALYZE function try to access image copy records
by using fast I/O call interface for VSAM ESDS data set during
CI dump generation, FPA abnormal ended.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • FPA has been modified to access image copy records in the data
space storage during CI dump generation.
