Error description

• DB2 V9 support including catalog and doc changes.
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOM:
  1) Running SQLPA R310 with DB2 in ENFM mode and SQLPA
     SUBVERS parm set to V8COM, receive warning messages
     in report output that 'statistics missing'.
  2) Running SQL PA using a EEE SQL PA output data set as the
     input source into SQL PA. SQL/PA needs to start the
     parsing at column 2 instead of 1.
  3) This fix also delivers a solution that ANLPGM31 will be
     called by clist ANLALL regardless of which DB2 V8 mode
     is being run.
  4) CLUSTERRATIO or CLUSTERRATIOF stats may be wrong on
     EXPLAIN report. CLURATIO CLURATIOF
  5) Possible error running IBP Batch job
     ANL0030T REFRESH could not be enabled
