Error description
HP Load hangs when rebuilding the ILDS. This is caused by an ABEND0C4 in IDAEFTRM due to a missing TCB in closing the ILDS.
Local fix
Specify ILDSBLD=N in the FRRIN and rebuild ILDS using DFSPREC0 to circumvent the problem.
