Error description

• ISPF Combined Message Log viewer dialog function takes too
  long to bring up the initial ISPF screen.
  

Local fix

• Use Archive parameter MAX to archive the log more frequently as
  a work-around.

  CCF ISPF Combined Message Log viewer dialog function,
  introduced with APAR PK32793, takes too long to display the
  initial screen.  In addition, some ISPF panel changes
  introduced with PK32793 prevent the 'delete' selection from
  working properly.
  

Problem conclusion

• The CCF ISPF Combined Message Log viewer dialog function
  introduced with APAR PK32793 has been changed to allow the
  initial screen to be displayed more quickly.  In addition,
  some ISPF panels changed by PK32793 have been corrected to
  allow the 'delete' selection to work properly.
