Error description

• 1) Add new forms based field CM1DELAY - Time between output
  message and program commit with OTMA Commit Mode=1.
     This is per FITS REQ MR1207061214.
  2) Add new forms-based fields RATEMIN and RATESEC - Transaction
     rate per Minute and Transaction rate per Second.  (RATEMIN
     supersedes previous TRANRATE field).
  3) Standardize scientific notation in form-based reports
     .Currently form-based reports format large numbers in
     scientific format nnnnnnEx. This enhancement will change that
     format to include a decimal point and + sign to produce
     n.nnE+xx formatted numbers.

  3. Address FITS MR1207061214.
  4. Standardise reporting of large times in IMS Connect reports.
  5. Standardise reporting of large numbers in form-based reports.
  6. PRECISION(6) and GROUP or SECGROUP values incorrect
  Problem description:
  1. New sample forms required to provide more information for
     DBTCL systems.
  2. New fields needed for form-based reporting.
  3. Need to report for OTMA Commit Mode 1 transactions only,
     the delay in processing after the output message has been
     sent to OTMA.
  4. Some time fields > 10 seconds reported as +++++++++.
  5. Form-based reports have numbers in scientific notation nnnExx
     which some users interpreted as a hexadecimal number.
  6. Forms fields with PRECISION(6) and (GROUP or SECGROUP)
     sometime showed half number expected

  are IMS V10 only, and will appear as '0' or '-' for earlier
  releases)

  Time fields which exceed 9.999.. seconds now reported as
  hh:mm:ss
  Large numbers now represented as nnn.nE+xx
  Corrected formatting for the combinations of PRECISION(6)
