Error description

• SYMPTOMS:
  1. Package not found after migrating to DB2 V8 NFM when not
     using the wildcard % sign. Getting message EEE374W.
  2. SQLPA loops when EXPLAIN=OLD is specified.
  3. Remove the need to LIBDEF DB2 SUPFI libraries
     MR1204064412.
  4. EEE batch report looping creating blank lines.
  5. The value for high2key and low2key sometimes appears in
     unicode
  6) SQLCODE -204 when SQLPA does not properly substitute
  the HLQ of a table name.
