Error description

• Correct various problems with utility IZTLIST after PK32876:
  -  IZTLIST loop if PUNCH control card other
       than PUNCH(ALL) or PUNCH(LOGMODE) specified.
    -  Logmode records are erroneously created when
       PUNCH(MSG) is specified.
