Error description

• ABEND0C4 happened at offset D1C in FRXYALL0 (PK11200) due to
  R7 = 0. R7 was gotten from R4 +48 (rvra_ldsd_ptr).

  After RLDS read error, DRF switched to secondary log data set.
  It was allocated however a wrong flag was set that caused
  skipping of the read from secondary log data set.
