  *                 Copy for z/OS Version 4 Release 1            *
  *                 (FMID=H1J0410).                              *

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: HPIC Image Copy function terminates     *
  *                      with ABEND S0C4 ( ABEND0C4 ), when      *
  *                      the HDPC=Y and processed DBDS           *
  *                      are more than 200.                      *
  *                      This APAR also includes fixes for the   *
  *                      following HPIC problems:                *
  *                      - Image Copy function terminates with   *
  *                        ABEND U3950 ( ABENDU3950 ) and        *
  *                        message FABJ3950E ( MSGFABJ3950E )    *
  *                        under the following conditions:       *
  *                        - DB organization is HALDB            *
  *                        - IDXSRCH=Y is specified              *
  *                        - PART= keyword is specified          *
  *                      - Image Copy function                   *
  *                        terminates with ABEND S0C1            *
  *                        ( ABEND0C1 ), when HPIC reports Image *
  *                        Copy Data Set information.            *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  This APAR fixes following problems:
  - Image Copy fnction terminates with ABEND S0C4 ( ABEND0C4 ),
    when the HDPC HASH check is enabled. HPIC uses 2 parameter
    areas that is gatmaines one storage. But HPIC miss calculates
    top of 2nd parameter area. Because HPIC uses half word field
    for length calculation of its own work area then length
    is overflown and treaties as negative number.
  
  - Image Copy function terminates with ABEND U3950
    ( ABENDU3950 ) and message FABJ3950E ( MSGFABJ3950E ),
    when all of the following conditions are satisfied:950.
    - IDXSRCH=Y is specified
    - DB organization is HALDB ( AMEND0C1 ) for
    - PART= keyword is specified output IC data set is
    - PSINDEX is generated automatically by IDXSRCH=Y
  
  - Image Copy function terminates with ABEND S0C1
    ( ABEND0C1 ), when HPIC reports Image Copy Data Set
    information for secondary ICDS although only primary ICDS is
    processed.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJAPIM, FABJDMPN, FABJINT1, FABJINT3, FABJIPRC, FABJMAIN,
  FABJXCR and FABJXCRR have been modified to expand the work area
  related to TCT.
  
  FABJDMPN, FABJINT1 and FABJMAIN have been modified to issue the
  GETMAIN macro for work area of parameter list to HPPC.
  
  FABJRPT0 has been modified to report Image Copy Data Set
  information correctly.
  
  FABJIDXN has been modified to turn off the internal flag.
  
  The following modules have been reassembled.
    FABJIDX7, FABJIDX8, FABJIDX9
