Error description

  • In DB2 Administration Tool, using DDL line command can result
in message: BIND or REBIND is needed for package ADB2REM .
.
This message is included as part of a significant amount of
diagnostic information. Customer would like to see 'ERROR'
included as part of the message text, or see underlying DB2
sqlcode805 -805 in the output, so the underlying reason for the
failure of the DDL command is more easily identified.

*                      more of the GEN modules needs           *
*                      to be REBOUND.                          *

*                      information, much the same as for       *
*                      any other unexpected SQL error.         *

Changes were made to ADB2REM, ADB2REP,
ADB2RER, and ADB2RES to produce more
detailed error messages.
