Error description

• The following problems are fixed:
  1) HPIC assumes data base is empty if DSN1LSTAR is zero
  for the first data set of a multi-volume OSAM database data set.
  HPIC will correctly image copy multi-volume OSAM databases whose
  DS1LSTAR is zero.
  2) intermittent message IEC020I 001-
  4,OSSPMOI1,HPIC,CHKPTDD,3F01,S04U01,..., Abend S002
  or S001-4 when CHKPTDD file has no EOF.

  This APAR includes fixes for following HPIC V4R1 problems:
  - HPIC V4R1 Image Copy function terminates with RC=8 and message
    DFS301A ( MSGDFS301A ), when DS1LSTAR field of the the 1st
    volume in the input multi volume OSAM is zero, and DS1LSTAR
    fields of the 2nd volume or subsequent ones are not zero.
  
  - HPIC V4R1 Image Copy function terminates with ABEND S001
    ( ABEND001 ) and message IEC020I 001-4 ( MSGIEC020I RSN4 )
    about CHKPTDD DD statement, when the empty data set is
    specified in the CHKPTDD DD.
    This problem may be terminated with ABEND S002 ( ABEND002 )
    and message IEC036I 002-4 ( MSGIEC036I RSN4 ).
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJDOPN has been modified as follows:
  - To add the parameter BLOCKTOKENSIZE=LARGE to DCBE macro.
  - To check DS1LSTAR field in the DSCB whether the input OSAM
    database data set is empty or not.
  
  FABJFCCM and FABJDFCN have been modified to add the parameter
  ALLEXCP and ALLDATA to DFSMSdss DUMP or COPY command using the
  Advanced Image Copy Service, when the input OSAM is empty or
  DS1LSTAR field of the 1st volume in the input multi volume OSAM
  is zero.
  
  FABJMAIN has been modified to check whether the CHKPTDD DD
  statement is empty or not.
  
  FABJXCR has been modified to bypass the GET macro for the
  CHKPTDD DD statement, when the CHKPTDD DD statement is empty.
  
  FABJXLK has been modified to add new symbol for empty check of
  CHKPTDD DD statement.
  
  FABUITCT has been modified to add new symbol for empty check of
  the input OSAM database data set.
