    nnection profile with the defect.
The customer has an environment up and running with clearquest m
ultiste in version 7.0 however for their proof of concept they n
eed a specific user database to replicate.
The user database is approx. 6.5 gigs in size.
In version seven when i run the syncreplica -exp command the exp
ort fails after creating one 2 gig file and one 300mb file with
    the above error.
Multiutil: Error: Exception: Failed condition: new_buffer != 0
This error does not occur in SR5 I am able to create 9.0 gigs of
     sync packet.

    cq_repro : yes
    cq_down : no
cq_status : The customer is not down but in order for the proof
of concept to go through this database must generate a successfu
    l sync.
I have ran tracing on the database which essentially gives the s
ame error that is printed out with the multiutil command.
I have also tried exporting all of the record data from the data
base and stripping off the attachements, but this does not work.
