Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool ALC line command ALTER statement
  fails with an SQLCODE -104 when attempting to add a timestamp
  column NOT NULL WITH DEFAULT as the timestamp string is not
  enclosed in quotes.

• Using the PROMPT function of the tool edit the DDL before
  execution
