  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Quotes were  added to lowercase columns *
  *                      within views when RUNSQLID was used.    *

  *                      When having GEN to create Views without *
  *                      using RUNSQLID, the View taken from the *
  *                      Catalog was unchanged;  but, when using *
  *                      RUNSQLID, quotes  were added around the *
  *                      lowercase names within the  View (which *
  *                      caused   problems  for some tasks, like *
  *                      codepage conversions).                  *
