PK35197: HPIC CHANGED TO SUPPORT ICOUT= AND STACK= KEYWORD IN GLOBAL statement

Error description

• The following changes are incoroporated in this APAR:
  
  1) HPIC will now support both the ICOUT= and STACK= keywords in
  GLOBAL statement
  and site default table.  Currently, if you specify both these
  kewords, the following message is issued.
  FABJ0106E ICOUT= AND STACK= ARE MUTUALLY EXCLUSIVE Explanation:
  Both the ICOUT= and the STACK= parameters are specified in a
  control statement, but they are mutually exclusive
  
  2) When HPIC encounters a RECON read failure, resulting in
  message FABJ3957E, and if DDNAME FABJRDMP is specified (as an
  output, VBA, LRECL=133 data set in the JCL), a complete dump of
  the RECON data set will be taken.

  HPIC Image Copy function and Create Image Copy function can be
  enabled to specify ICOUT= and STACK= parameter in the GLOBAL
  statement. The parameter also is enabled as site default table.
