  *                 generate DDL for the associated objects.     *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Currently, GEN will generate any REBIND *
  *                      commands associated  with generated the *
  *                      objects  only if the objects themselves *
  *                      are generated.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply The PTF.                               *
  ****************************************************************
  This APAR provides  the ability to generate REBIND commands for
  objects without having to actually generate the associated DDL.
