Error description

  • Increased storage growth in SP230 KEY7 within the QM address
space associated with distributed workloads in DB2 V8.

Local fix

  • * Cycling the QM collector address space will free the storage.
    or
* Turning off monitoring for workloads that are distributed, use
  implicit close, and have threads that do not terminate

will prevent this problem.
