  • The DB2 Administration Tool LKEY line command when issued
against a table issues a message:
'Not a partitioned table'

* USERS AFFECTED: Users who have created objects in a DB2      *
*                 version prior to V8 who are attempting       *
*                 to manipulate them in DB2 V8.                *
****************************************************************
* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When  objects are created in a DB2      *
*                      version  prior to V8 are  migrated      *
*                      (moved) into the  V8  environment,      *
*                      the number of partitions is set to      *
*                      zero even for partitioned objects.      *
*                      This causes some  plausibility the      *
*                      checking to fail.                       *
****************************************************************
* RECOMMENDATION: Apply the PTF.                               *
****************************************************************
Added plausibility check to include
NUMPARTS for limit key display.
