PK34231: /STA DB ALL AND /DBR DB ALL NOT WORKING IN BATCH AND ISPF INTERFACE

Error description

• The /STA DB ALL command and the /DBR DB
  ALL commands do not work when issued via a batch job or via the
  CCF command feature in ISPF. No message is issued, the command
  gives no response and doesn't show up in the CCF log.

Problem conclusion

• Corrected CCF to process database/AREA commands when the "ALL"
  parameter is specified.
