  This APAR enables IPR Unload task under IMS Driver to produce
  a particular check record that is used by IPR Load task
  internally.
  
  The format of the check record is the same format as the one
  produced when CHECKREC=YES is specified in the unload
  utilities, FABHURG1 and the IPR Unload utility.
  The format is modified as to add the length of the root segment
  to the record.
