Error description

• This APAR is an enhancement to enable an 'Insert' command in
  Form mode. Now users who like to view table data in form mode
  can insert rows in a table without having to leave form mode,
  insert a row, and come back in. Typing 'Insert', or 'I' on the
  command line in Form mode enables the insert.
