  *                        autodiscovery detects a DB2 subsystem *
  *                        that has not  completely initialized  *
  *                      2.Message KO2I0191W while collecting    *
  *                        data from DB2 table <name>.           *
  *                        OMPE agent fails with collect time    *
  *                        limit  exceeded                       *

  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply this PTF.                              *
  ****************************************************************
  1. During DB2 startup and OMEGAMON XE Agent startup, OMEGAMON
  XE Agent tried to connect to DB2 before connections were being
  accepted and did not retry.
  
  2. Call to OMEGAMON for DB2 from Agent timing out.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Change connection logic so that connection will be retried
  when DB2 completes startup.
  
  2. Change Agent WAIT code to improve concurrency.
