  Online Reorg job hangs when trying to STOP a DB on an inactive
  IMS system. There is also a problem using DRF to recover
  non_HALDB DB and ORF created log data set as input (FRD2892I).
  

Problem conclusion

• Generate additional /CHE STATS commands to correct the problem
  of hung ORF job when trying to STOP a DB on an inactive IMS
  system.
  Correct problem with using DRF to recover non-HALDB DB and
  ORF created log data set as input (FRD2892I).
