  DFR V2R2 supports IMS V10.
  The main items for this support are as follows:
   -  Run under support of IMS V10 for the existing functions of
      DFR V2R2
   -  Expansion of the number of dynamically allocating DEDB area
      data sets
   -  DBRC Time-stamp enhancements
   -  DBRC Parallel access to the RECON data set
   -  Large sequential data set (>64K Tracks) support
   -  ACB library member online change
  
  Limitations:
   DFR does not support Dynamic Resource Definition (DRD) that is
   supported by IMS V10.

• A set of modules and macros that have module/macro name suffix
  'A' was added in order to support IMS V10.

  The following module and macro have been modified.
  DFRMAIN0 - V10 was added as an IMS version that DFR supports.
  DFRCOPYR - The "change date" of the copyright for modules was
             changed.
             And the change accompanying amendment of "Copyright
             Standard" was made.

  The following sample JCLs have been replaced.
  DFRIVP1  - The comment about a DBRCGRP= parameter was added.
  DFRLINK  - The additional modules by this PTF was added.
