Error description

• The DB2 Administration Tool panel ADB2Z2U2 'Display/Terminate
  Utilities' displays the value of subphase rather than phase
  in the field titled 'PHASE'.
  

Local fix

• Amend REXX exec ADB2Z2U:
  parse var $line . 'PHASE = ' s .
  to:
  parse var $line . ' PHASE = ' s .
