Error description

• PROBLEMS ADDRESSED:
  -  Transaction codes being incorrectly created when
        ALLOW DYNAMIC TRANSACTIONS is active.
  
     Aditional Problems addressed:
     -  Corrected a S0C4 abend in module IZTCLNBx.
     -  Added ability to select LOGON Descriptor based upon VTAM
        Logmode name.
  
     NEW FEATURES:
     -  Added IMS 10.1 ( V10 ) support.
     -  Added support for Remote CNT creation (RCNT).
     -  If the user wants to rename IZTRAN and use PFKeys -
  a restart of the IMS control region is required.

  Corrected a problem where ETO/S was incorrectly creating
  dynamic transactions.
  Corrected a problem where PFKeys were not functioning when
  transaction IZTRAN was renamed.
  Added new function to set Logon descriptor based upon VTAM
  Logmode name.
