Error description
When running a report from the native client, if you click the p rinter button, the printing options can be modified (number of p ages, orientation,...) and the report will be printed according to these modified settings. This is true for all printing settin gs but the duplex printing setting. For this setting, the report s are always printed with the settings that where in effect whe n the report was run. So if the user wants to modify this setting, he has to close the report, change the setting using the Control Panel - Printers a nd Faxes, run the report again and print it. Of course he will n eed to change duplex back to its original setting in the Control Panel if he doesn't want this setting to be the default for oth er applications. This behavior has been also verified in ClearQuest SR5 and with two different printers: IBM Infoprint 1372 PS3 and HP LaserJet 4 100PCL6. This can be reproduced with running any report from the Sample D atabase and printing it to a duplex enabled printer.
