  *                      processing.                             *

  * RECOMMENDATION: INSTALL CORRECTIVE SERVICE FOR APAR/PTF      *

  An ABENDS0C4 may occur during DFSPREC0 or HPIB post processing
  if the PROHIBIT AUTHORIZATION flag is turned on in the RECON
  for the databases.  A change needs to be made to accurately
  turn off the PROHIBIT AUTHORIZATION flag for DFSPREC0 or HPIB
  and return it back to its initial state after processing is
  complete.
  

Problem conclusion

• FRXTAU00 is changed to check if the PROHIBIT AUTHORIZATION flag
  is turn on in the RECON for the databases involved in the
  DFSPREC0 or HPIB post processing.  If the flag is on, then a
  DBRC command CMDCHANGE.DB AUTH is issued for each:
   1. Partition that will be processed by DFSPREC0.
   2. Database that will be processed by HPIB.
  
  The DBRC command CMDCHANG.DB NOAUTH is issued after control is
  returned from either DFSPREC0 or HPIB.
