  Abend 0C4 during building of the shadow primary index. The
  primary database is HIDAM,VSAM.  Its CISZ that was defined
  in the DBD did not match the file CISZ.
  

Problem conclusion

• HRFXDBLK has been changed to retrieve and use the file
  attributes rather than the definition from the DBD.
