Error description

• Trying to clone an application using panel IOHEDIT7 and
  recieve a message stating that the DATABASE is already defined.
  The invalid message issued is:
  
  
     IOHD021 XXX XXX ALREADY DEFINED.

  after, receive invalid message IOHD021 XXX XXX already
  defined.
  

Problem conclusion

• The code has been modified to correct Resource Lookup process
  when adding a new resource.
