• Performance enhancement when using SQLPA EEE Easy Explain and
  a join on SYSIBM.SYSDUMMY1 is needed.
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOMS:
  1) Running ANLEEE in batch the output is missing SELECT
     statements that should be present.
  2) Performance enhancement and fixes to EEE for missing
     SQL statements that start with DECLARE and required
     UNICODE conversion and logic used to determine when
     conversion is done.
