Problem conclusion
This problem was handed via defect tracking entities RATLC01128636 and eclipse bugzilla 158879, which were opened against the IES (IBM Eclipse SDK) binary prerequisite of the WebSphere Application Server. The fix for this APAR is currently targeted for inclusion in fixpacks 6.0.2.17 and 6.1.0.5.
