• The DB2 Object Comparision Tool created an invalid ALTER INDEX
  ADD COLUMN statement when adding more than one column to the
  index. This resulted in a SQLCODE637
   DSNT408I SQLCODE = -637, ERROR:  DUPLICATE ADD KEYWORD
   DSNT418I SQLSTATE   = 42614 SQLSTATE RETURN CODE
