Error description

• The DB2 Object Comparision Tool created DDL which attempted to
  ALTER ADD PRIMARY KEY to a table before the UNIQUE index had a
  ALTER INDEX ADD COLUMN issued against it.

Local fix

• Reorder the DDL statements so that the ALTER's appear in the
  correct order.
