Error description

• When CICS Batch Application Control is started via PLTPI, the
  user ID field on the KBKM status screen is incorrectly completed

  This APAR resolves the folllowing problems:
  1.Incorrect 'start' user ID being shown on CICS status screen
  when CBAC was originally started via PLTPI entry, then shutdown
  via uesr/terminal and restarted via user/terminal.
  2. An ABEND0C1 at CBKSTAT +x'11D2'.
  3. Changes product version number in various messages and the
  CBAC status screen.
  

Problem conclusion

• This APAR has resolved the following:
  1. The correct user ID will be displayed on the CICS status
  screen at all times.
  2. The cause of the ABENDS0C1 in CBKSTAT.
  3. The product version number is being shown correctly.
