Error description

• 1. When using batch explain with DB2PE V2.1 code, the explains
  have very poor performance due to tablespace scans on, for
  example SYSKEYS and SYSPACKAGE.
  2. When I run a batch explain using the first and last
  parametersno output is received, however, RC=0.
  When running same job without first and last parameter output
  is received.
  3. DB2PE EXPLAIN MSGFPEY0509W  FUNCTION STEP SELECT FOR TABLE
  DGO_SYSTABLES FAILED. SQLCODE=100 DSNT404I SQLCODE = 100, NOT
  FOUND:  ROW NOT FOUND FOR FETCH,UPDATE, OR DELETE, OR THE
  RESULT OF A QUERY IS AN EMPTY TABLE.DSNT418I SQLSTATE   =
  02000 SQLSTATE RETURN CODE
  Situation occurs when PLAN_TABLE column TNAME has value D
  4. Panel DGOMYWCM shows an invalid column type and length if
  more columns are displayed. The next sub panel DGOMYWCI shows
