APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• After installing the CAE server with the "Install to a new
  location, keeping changes from 2.1 installation" option,
  the QM GUI client erroneously displays only DB2 QM Profiles
  and Configurations window instead of standard QM GUI window.
  
  SQL executed while the QM collector is running can return an
  SQLCODE925. ABEND878 RC10 in QM address space can also occur.
  
  When refreshing the 'Activity by SQL Text' panel, some SQL
  text is not displayed. The 'CQM2604E VSAM LOGIC ERROR
  VSAMRC=X'08' VSAMRS=X'0020'' message is also issued in the
  syslog.
  
  From the ISPF interface slow retrieval of SQL text can occur.
  This change will add "LOCATION=" to the predicate for several
  SQL statements in program CQM@STX7, CQM@STX8.
  
  Message CQM153E incorrectly displayed when performing some
  CCSID conversions.
  
  MSGCQM145E generated when program names contain the '@'
  character when the user's terminal CCSID is 1141 or 273.
