Error description

• Loop in CQMMEXCW.  Also may see SYSTRACE entries showing
  retpeated ABEND0C4-11 in CQMMINDB+0786 or CQMMINDB+193C
  The entries could look like:
   04-0081 009DDB00   PGM   011 077C4000 93C90464  00060011
                                                   0B71F001
  *RCVY PROG                    940C4000 00000011
  The above offset could vary a bit depending on maintenance
  level, but the repeated entries will easily be spotted.
  There may be no LOGREC entries for this.
