• S047 Abend occurrs when CRC is executed without FASTIC=(,COPY)
  even if the library specified in STEPLIB is APF authorized.

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *

  This APAR includes fixes for following HPIC V4R1 problems:
  
  1 HPIC Create Image Copy function terminates with ABEND S047
    ( ABEND047 ), when all of the following conditions are
    satisfied:
    - The input IC data set is taken by the DFSMSdss COPY.
    - The STEPLIB DD that is APF authorized.
    - The FASTIC= keyword is not specified in the ICEIN control
      statement.
  
  2 HPIC Recovery function terminates with ABEND S047
    ( ABEND047 ), when all of the following conditions are
    satisfied:
    - The input IC data set is taken by the DFSMSdss COPY.
    - The STEPLIB DD that is APF authorized.
    - The HPIO=N and TOIAUTO=N keywords are specified in the ICEIN
      control statement.
  
  In the above cases, HPIC does not get the parameter that is
  necessary for MODE change. So HPIC tries to change into the
  supervisor mode without an authorization, then terminates with
  abend.
  
  3 HPIC Image Copy function ends normally although it should
    terminates with message FABJ4199E ( MSGFABJ4199E ) and
    ABEND U0199 ( ABENDU0199 ), when all of the following
    conditions are satisfied:
    - The STEPLIB DD is not APF authorized.
    - GROUP statement is specified in the ICEIN control statement.
    - HPIO=Y or TOIAUTO=Y is specified in the ICEIN control
      statement.
  
  In the above case 3, HPIC refers the invalid control block.
  So HPIC mishandles the APF check process, then HPIC ends
  normally although HPIC should terminated with abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJMAIN has been modified to check the right control block when
  GROUP statement is specified and to check APF status correctly.
  
  FABJRPC0 has been modified to get a PC number, when the STEPLIB
  DD is APF authorized even if the caller's request is
  "Authorization OFF".
