  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *

  HPIC V4R1 provides fixes that correspond to following APARs:
  
  - APAR of DRF supports IB
     DRF V3 R1 : PK13524
  
  - APAR of IB supports run under DRF
     IB  V2 R3 : PK11688
  
  This APAR also fixes HPIC problems.
  
  - Image copy function under DRF terminates with
  ABEND S0C4 ( ABEND0C4 ), when output Image copy data sets are
  generation data group. HPIC internal control block for GDG has
  been freed before being used.
  
  - Image copy function under DRF terminates with
  ABEND S0C4 ( ABEND0C4 ) due to storage overlay, when FABJ0192E
  message is reported for more than 1 DBDS. Because the message
  buffer size is incorrect.
  
  - DRF recovery function terminates with ABEND S013 ( ABEND013 ),
  when DRF report process opens ICE#DOUT DD. DRF can not open the
  DD because data set organization of ICE#DOUT is not completed.
  
  - HPIC Image copy function under DRF terminates with
  ABEND 30A ( ABEND30A ) in FREEMAIN macro, then the message
  IEA705I ( 30A-14 ) is issued. Because HPIC does not use unique
  subpool number for GETMAIN macro, HPIC internal control block is
  not protected and released from the address space.
  By this APAR, HPIC under DRF uses unique subpool number for
  protecting internal control block.
  

Problem conclusion

• FABJAPIM has been modified following things:
  - To obtain storage for notify command information.
  - To allocate ICE#DOUT DD statement if the DD is not specified
    in JCL.
  - To open and close ICE#DOUT DD statement for data set
    organization complete.
  
  FABJCP40, FABJCP4S, FABJMSGP, FABJMSGS and FABJTERM have been
  modified to be able to reuse message buffer for FABJ0192E
  message to avoid buffer shortage.
  
  FABJACQG and FABJINT3 have been modified to change timing to
  free HPIC control block for GDG.
  
  FABJMAS2 has been modified to change DSPSERV macro parameter to
  obtain data space correctly.
  
  The following modules have been modified to use specific
  SUBPOOL number in GETMAIN and FREEMAIN under DRF for protecting
  HPIC control block:
  
  - FABJCMP1 MOD
  - FABJCMP2 MOD
  - FABJCMP3 MOD
  - FABJCMP4 MOD
  - FABJDALO MOD
  - FABJDOPN MOD
  - FABJDRQS MOD
  - FABJMSGP MOD
  - FABJSAS2 MOD
