PK30592: S0C7 DUE TO INVALID TIME VALUE PASSED TO FRXRLRA0, IT WAS NEVER INITIALIZED

Error description

• received the 0C7 dump that was caused by the following scenario:
  FRXUORM0 calls FRXRLRA0.   One of the parameters
  passed to FRXRLRA0 is a time parameter.     The time value
  passed to FRXRLRA0 was never initialized, so an invalid time
  value (residual data) was passed.  In FRXRLRA0, an attempt was
  made to convert this invalid time, causing the 0C7.

  The ABENDS0C7 is caused by an invalid timestamp being passed to
  the MVS time conversion routine.  The variable that contains
  this timestamp was not initialized.
