PK30211: CORRECT DEFECT(S) IN ACCESSING SDFSRESL ALIAS AND ALSO IN FORM BASED REPORTING

Error description

• This APAR will correct the following two issues:
  
  1. An ALIAS name is not accepted for RESLIB specification
     in System definition panels. Specifying a dataset ALIAS
     in the 'RESLIB Data Set' field of the IMS Subsystem panels
     (IPISDRCV/DLGV/DMNV/DSYG) is rejected with message
     'Invalid RESLIB data set'.
  
  2. The following problems are identified with Forms Based
     Reporting:
     (a)  Peak Percentile values are incorrectly rounded
      with precision(6). Total ReadSock Ack time = 0 yet 50%
      and 90% ReadSock Ack Time = 1. This is with precision(6)
      and Complvl(0).
     (b)  Zero is not accepted as a valid Minimum value.
      OTMAProc Time Minimum Incorrect for SEND-ONLY RESUME
      TPIPE log.
     (c) When Digit Grouping is specified the Standard
      Deviation field is truncated in the report output.
      The Standard Deviation is blank for Count fields.
