Error description

• When using the EEE function of SQLPA R310 receive
  USER COMPLETION CODE=4088 REASON CODE=000003EC
  This APAR will add a SQLPA module for the LE module CEEUOPT
  so that parms will be set as:
  ALL31=ON, STACK=(,,ANY),HEAP(,,ANY),STORAGE=(,,,32K)
  ADDITIONAL SYMPTOM:
  1) Using EEE function of SQLPA receive SQLCODE -504
     when processing SQL with "WHERE CURRENT OF" clause.
     This same statement is processed by native SQLPA.
     EEE will be changed to handle this SQL in a manner
     consistent with native SQLPA.
  2) When using the ANLEEMS macro EEE300W  Invalid input parameter
     is received. The fix is to the CLIST ANLEEEMS.
  3) When EEE writes to the SQLPA output data set it starts at
     position 1. Position 1 is normally used for special print
     characters. Therefore, if the data set is not an existing
     data set and is newly created by EEE the record format of the
     data set is set to FBA and the 1 character is truncated.
     This change will start the output in position 2.
  4) ONCODE 1009 in EEE. Fix is to ANLEEEMS.
