  to do an UNLOAD with the HPFP REORG Tool mode and when the
  Fast Path database is compressed with the HDCE tool.

Local fix

• Please remove the IMSRESLB DD from the HPFPUL job step and
  rerun.
  This will allow the compress routine to be loaded from the
  STEPLIB DD statement on a PAGE boundary.

  When the IMSRESLB DD statement, the OLDRESLB DD statement, or
  the NEWRESLB statement is specified, HPFP Reorg loads a
  compression routine without alignment on a page boundary.
  If the compression routine has to be on a page boundary,
  such as HDCE compression dictionary module, the problem occurs
  during CHANGE, RELOAD or UNLOAD process.
  

Problem conclusion

• HPFP Reorg has been modified to load the compression routine on
  a page boundary when the IMSRESLB DD statement, the OLDRESLB DD
  statement, or the NEWRESLB DD statement is specified.
